eb stars for fabryki mebli "forte" s.a.

EB Stars is one of the largest nationwide competitions dedicated to employer branding projects. This year's 11th edition was full of interesting initiatives. The main prize in the category of Best Internal Employer Branding Initiative went to Fabryki Mebli "FORTE" S.A. for the "Change job, but not the employer" program. The project implemented by FORTE is a response to the needs of employees who want to develop in the company's structures and raise their competences in new areas. The idea of "Change job, but not employer" is to look for the right people for vacancies in the organization at all levels. Employees have the option of applying directly to the person who recruits. Over 10 months, more than 50 employees were found who were given the opportunity to change jobs in the FORTE Group. The greatest value of the initiative is to maintain the competences and skills of the employees in the organization, as well as to increase the involvement of over 3,500 employees. The program is highly rated by all FORTE employees, both production and office. Employees appreciate the possibility of change and professional development, and the employer appreciates the loyalty of employees.
