People are FORTE first and foremost. Thanks to our team of over 3 thousand employees in Poland and abroad, it’s possible to maintain stable and dynamic development of the Company. With this in mind, we carry out a number of activities that support employees, enable them widely understood development and maintaining a balance between professional life and personal life. We are proud of the fact that more than 600 experienced employees have been employed in the company since the beginning of its activity and nearly 1000 have been working here for 15 years!
Our employees have the opportunity to pursue personal development and improve their professional skills on many levels. We offer participation in the corporate conferences and a series of trainings, which develop specialized skills, language skills, as well as support personal development. We’ve established “FORTE Academy” - educational project, which includes the organization of postgraduate studies and development programs that offer education for managerial staff, specialized staff and production staff in all branches of the company. FORTE employees can also count on financing of their studies, which deepen their knowledge and improve qualifications within the framework of tasks performed in the company.
Corporate kindergarten comprises a series of benefits for the employed parents. First of all, it makes it easier to reconcile professional work with the family life. Our kindergarten with nursery branch is a facility representing the highest standards in the country. From the moment of its creation, the kindergarten building has been admired by architects and urban planners, who in many rankings recognized it as one of the most interesting architectural projects that were implemented in Poland in 2015. Classes in the kindergarten are conducted in bilingual Polish-English system, on the basis of original curriculum. Children develop their individual passions and skills through additional sports and dance classes and by participating in a number of thematic workshops and trips.
Sharing of knowledge and open communication are part of our organizational culture. We constantly improve the tools and methods of internal communication in order to make it as effective as possible and to meet the needs of all members of the organization. During the cyclical corporate conferences, the employees of all branches of our company have the opportunity to talk directly and exchange experiences. Internal publications are edited and issued by FORTE editorial team – INFORte weekly and Forum FORTE quarterly provide the employees with knowledge about the company, industry, products, allow them to get to know their co-workers and also constitute a place where the employees can talk about their passions.
Ensuring safe and healthy working environment is a priority for FORTE business activity. We implement tasks resulting from legal regulations concerning occupational health and safety and we also introduce additional internal procedures in order to continuously improve safety at work stations and in production processes. Employees are shaping the culture of safety within the company by themselves. All FORTE branches have the teams of Volunteer Fire Brigades, which meet every year at the Inter-Enterprise Sports and Firefighting Competition.
At FORTE, we remember that work is only a part of our lives. We cyclically organize meetings and workshops with well-known people from the world of culture, art, business and sport. We’ve already hosted writers and journalists, as well as rally driver, nutritionist, artists, politician, winner of the famous culinary show and many other inspiring people. In order to take care of the good physical condition of our employees, we also support their sports activities. We have soccer section, volleyball section, bowling section, fishing section and annual sailing regattas are organized on the lake Wigry in the heart of Suwałki region.
